DALLMEIER’S huge Panomera surveillance solution will be put through its paces at SecTech Roadshow (register here!) in Sydney on May 4.

Panomera features a multifocal sensor system developed for the all-encompassing video surveillance of expansive areas - huge widths, as well large depths of field can be displayed in high resolution and in real time at high frame rates of up to 30 fps from a single location.

“SecTech Roadshow’s Randwick Racecourse offer Panomera the perfect opportunity to shine in a huge layered scene – in this case, looking back across the racecourse precinct, over the SCG towards the city,” said C.R. Kennedy’s David Payne, who visited the racecourse to map out the best location for the array.

Panomera is just one of numerous drawcards to SecTech Roadshow, with this year’s camera shootout including PTZs for the first time (Sydney only), a panel discussion entitled Securing Networked Security Devices and a presentation on the ongoing development of video content analysis and IP camera standards from Vlado Damjanovski, Olly D’Souza and Les Simmonds.

SecTech Roadshow Camera Shootout will see all the biggest CCTV brands going head to head including Mobotix, Honeywell, Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and Sony, Bosch, Panasonic, Pelco, Vivotek and Samsung across 3 categories, Low Light, Bullet Cameras and PTZs.

SecTech Roadies include Camera Shootout sponsors Hills and Genetec, as well as Video Alarm Technologies, Consolidated Security Merchants, Honeywell Fire & Security. Bosch Security Products, LSC, CSD, Pelco, Video Security Products, C.R. Kennedy, Hikvision, ICT, Dahua, Mobotix, Tyco Security Products, BGWT, NX Witness and Q Security Systems.
