SCSI’s Chad Wright reports the company has 3 new exciting positions available for technical sales representatives based in Queensland, NSW and WA, with all successful applicants starting their new roles in late January 2021.

“With the main focus on showcasing SCSI’s suite of products and services to the electronic security, IOT/M2M Industries, successful applicants will be developing new customer contacts and relationships within these industries that the business had not previously encountered to increase market share.

“In addition, you will provide entry level technical support to use SCSI’s products and services having undertaken training with our team. The positions are home-based, however, you will be required to undertake regular travel within your region to meet face to face with new and existing customer, developing relationships and new sales. Travel requirements at times may include interstate travel to assist the business with its key objectives.”

According to Wright, successful applicants will be provided multiple levels of support however as an experienced and capable salesperson, it is expected that you will be self-disciplined and driven to manage your sales area and reach KPI’s independently.

“You need to be someone that is tech savvy and have a hands-on approach to not only sales but after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and positive outcomes for everyone,” Wright said.

“Ideally the position would suit applicants who have had previous manufacturer or wholesale face to face sales experience in the electronic security or similar industries.”

Your key skills and abilities will include:

• Experience marketing/selling Electronic Hardware face to face
• Technically minded and desire to assist customers with any challenges
• B2B trade sales experience with a proven record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s
• Proven ability to create new relationships and build rapport quickly
• Good presentation and fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary of $A85,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation – dependant on experience, vehicle allowance, performance-based incentives via simple KPI’s to achieve bonus payments, laptop/mobile phone and all software, induction training and mentoring is provided remotely
