South Perth City Council is seeking engage a suitable experienced and qualified contractor to undertake both the CCTV and lighting install works at the Karawara Greenways area as an extension of the existing CCTV system.

The CCTV upgrade is to be conducted in conjunction with an install of additional lighting infrastructure in the area to assist with safety and security, and to enhance usage of the Greenways area.

This project involves the supply and installation of 12 new CCTV cameras and 4 new poles, as well as the installation of new pole top luminaries, including a further 3 new poles. The new electrical and communications works are required to operate in conjunction with existing infrastructure as documented with the design drawings and specification.

The City of South Perth is situated across the Swan River about 4 kilometres south of Perth CBD, covers around 20 square kilometres and covers the suburbs of South Perth, Kensington, Como, Manning, Karawara, Waterford and Salter Point.
