Gallagher has further expanded its existing training offering through the launch of a new online Advanced Administrator Training course.

Designed for users who oversee or administer their organisation’s system, the Advanced Administrator course provides a comprehensive view of Command Centre software functionality, with a focus on enhancing existing security measures as a site matures and evolves over time.

The online course goes beyond Command Centre and introduces the configuration client – enabling users to work between the 2 platforms. The course covers a range of topics including creating and assigning competencies, adjusting site plans including executing a full-site lockdown within Command Centre, and utilising an enterprise data interface to import cardholder and booking data into Command Centre.

Over the last 12 months alone, over 7,000 security professionals have enrolled in Gallagher’s online training certifications, and the popularity of its training courses continues to grow.

The Advanced Administrator course is a benefit within Gallagher Care Plan which launched this April and is included at no additional cost for customers with Care Plan Tier level 2 or above. Gallagher Care Plan offers a range of training courses for end-users to gain a deeper understanding of their security system and identify the best way to utilize their solution for the unique needs of their site.
