Due to ongoing growth in the Oceania region, we are looking to further expand our sales team with a Business Development Manager targeting new market verticals and strengthening existing client base.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to:
Actively search and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets within your designated territory
Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements and build strong sales pipeline
Engage early in the customer buying process in order to provide the optimum solution and influence the specification.
Identify needs of clients and provide solutions in a timely manner
Deliver unparalleled customer service
Develop and build on relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Work as part of team to achieve company goals

High performing sales person with a proven track record in new business development
Proven sales leader experienced in delivering complex solutions to enterprise, commercial and government customers

A self-driven, focused professional with the ability to manage their time effectively and work autonomously
Strong customer focus with a passion to deliver excellence combined with confidence, initiative, enthusiasm, ambition and a willingness to learn

You have an analytical mind and can problem solve
You understand the financial aspects of the business
